Autumn Supper at Pangbourne Village Hall, Pangbourne, RG8 7AN
Please join Reading West Conservatives for a good meal and a rare opportunity to hear Dominic Grieve, MP, who was elected as Member of Parliament for Beaconsfield in 1997.
After the General Election of May 2010, he was appointed Attorney General in the new coali-tion Government, and from June 9th, a Privy Councillor.
As an MP since 1997, Dominic has played a key role in the formulation of Home Affairs and Justice policies. He spearheaded the Party’s efforts on the erosion of Civil Liberties and, as Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, led work on a possible Bill of Rights to replace the Human Rights Act. Dominic was educated at Westminster School and Magdalen College, Oxford, where he took a degree in Modern History.
